Junior Fitness

Our Junior Fitness program is designed for children and young developing teenagers addressing  their specific developmental needs. (pysiological, neurological, cognitive, motor)

This Program is for ALL Children 6 years or older.Please go to our Toddlers & Preschoolers to find out about our programs for younger children.

It is meant to assist with their overall athletic development as well as aid in the prevention of obesity and improve weight management. A well balanced diet is paramount to this success.

 

Our workouts consist of functional movements that vary all the time and deliver fitness stimulus that is broad, inclusive, general and scaleable for any participant.

Because workouts always vary meaning that kids always do something different ensuring they won’t get bored and get excited about every session.

The aim of this program is for participants to become well rounded athletes. Our program will enhance the competence in 10 fitness domains:

Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.

Physical Perf Session

$25 per week/$250 per term (non members)

 

 

 

$10.00 per week/$100 per term (members)

 

$23 per week/$228 per term (members)

 

 

 

Depending on the comittment, these are the benefits your child will attain over a period of time (minimum 6 months)

1 session per week - general well being, small improvement in flexibility, speed, strength and endurance
